He is the author of The World of Anna Sui (Abrams, 2018) and Versace Catwalk (Thames & Hudson, 2021), and he has contributed to monographs on Alexander McQueen, Dolce & Gabbana, Walter Van Beirendonck, Bottega Veneta and Dries Van Noten, among others. In 2013 he was recognized by the Council of Fashion Designers of America with its Media Award, the premier industry award for fashion journalism. Laziz Hamani is passionate about creating beautiful images, his life defined by a constant search for aesthetics and meaning.
