Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, and we were provided with the tracking number from the shipper we can make it available upon request via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only if expressly permitted in the product description. All sales are final. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Initiating a Return:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within X business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within X days of delivery. We’ll require photos of the damaged item and packaging for assessment.
